RETURN POLICY
Exchange or Return
If you're unsatisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of an item you may return it and choose an item in another size or color. We will gladly replace any item that you're not completely happy with.
NB: Please note that all international orders are final.
When the returned item is received, we process a new order for your replacement item, and ship it to you with no additional shipping charge. You may see a new charge on your credit card statement, but the value of your returned item will be credited back when our Returns Department has completed processing your return (usually within 2 weeks). Please note the following limitations:
- Item must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase
- You must obtain a return authorization from our customer service department before sending item back. Please send an e-mail to customerservice@rubberduck.com
- Items must be returned in an unused condition, or it cannot be accepted for exchange or return.
How to Exchange
If you would like to exchange merchandise purchased from the Rubber Duck Online Store for a different size or color please follow these instructions:
1. Place the items you wish to return in a box
2. You must include your return authorization
3. Please provide a brief reason for your dissatisfaction
4. Send to the following address:

Mark the package: “EXCHANGE”
You are responsible for return postage. We recommend you use priority mail or a carrier that provides tracking service. Rubber Duck is not responsible for lost shipments, and cannot accept shipments sent freight collect.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for receipt and processing of your return. Once your credit is processed, a copy of the credit memo will be mailed to your billing address.

3. Add extra space to find your shoe size. (Normally 0,5cm/0,25in)
